College students can accumulate a significant burden of debt through student loans. Alisa's Angels Foundation helps our scholarship recipients by providing them low interest loans.
The goal of this program is to help students complete their education by providing access to additional funds without the accompanying financial burden often associated with student loans. The terms of the loan are simple - 1% a year, beginning after the scheduled graduation date.
With this "pay it forward" approach, we provide support throughout their education. Repayments from the loans are then used to help the next generation.
